Next Meet Up?

Alright so our next meet up. We have many things to discuss and confer about. I thought it would be best to post this here so we can talk about ideas, dates, times and the like.

Here's a handy dandy list of ideas and such

Laser Tag
Pony DnD
Pony Drinking Games
Mini Golf

  1. The thing for me is availability. I would need at least a two week notice for any meet up. Not to mention since school is over/ going to be over we don't have to stick to Saturday anymore.

Maybe a mid week meet up or something similar?

Also I FUCKING LOVE TF2...if anyone wants to Steam friend me and play with me let me know.

  2. I'm usually available except during June 8-11. I'm not picky though so I'll leave it to others to narrow down our options :D

  3. I don't know if mid week would be good if people have jobs over the summer.

  4. So yea..... when is that roundup going to be up?

  5. Once alcohol gets involved, bronyclips either go missing or gets arrested. But laser tag, now that sounds like a beutiful idea

  6. Well, I thnik we should do a once-a-month on the second week of each month. That would allow people consistency and time to get their work schedules straightened out. Also, I would definitely reccommend that we do lazertag or go to the park again (if we aren't permanently banned XD)
http://derpy.me/TSUQv -> Linky to lots of lazer tag places. IDK which one is closest to you guys, but I hope one of them is good.

    1. Planet Trog is nice and there's the Lehigh Valley Laser Tag which is about 3 minutes from the park we were at.

  7. Also, I would like to suggest we do a Brony Dorney Park Meetup. Dorney is close, cheap (20-30 dollars if you get discount coupons) and I know it will be fun :D
    Whaddya think?

  8. I'm going to Dorney on Sunday and I've not been able to ferret out cheap coupons. I'm dropping 38, including a twelve dollar discount. I'm double voting for drinking games because that's how I roll.

  9. A few people in our club are still in high school or not 21 yet so I think alcohol should not be involved in anything we do. I personally don't drink either so I'm not thrilled with the idea anyways.

    1. I second this notion. Don't involve alcohol in any of our official events. It would splinter this group. Besides that, I'd be up for most anything. As it starts getting really freaking hot this summer, we should do some water related stuff. Anyone have a decent pool? I spend a bunch of time swimming at Monocacy Creek. You're all welcome to join me. XD

    2. I don't like the idea of drinking myself there either. I just put it up because a few people suggested it to me in e-mails. As for the pool I used to have access to one before my grand parents moved away.

I vote for Laser Tag. I'll do some investigations for what's the cheapest for all of us.

  10. As much as I like Drinking is Magic; it wouldn't be good for an entire meetup. I love Jesse's suggestion of doing more water themed activities. Camelbeach is an option and there is also a water park on 222 called Terry Hill Water Park. But that is if everyone is willing to drive/drop money on going to a water park. There is also white water rafting in Jim Thorpe, but again it all depends on money/driving distance. Just throwing these out there.

    1. You do not want me to be in a raft with the others. Ever.

    2. Guess you would get an inner tube.

  11. I'll be going to Philadelphia Comic Con June 1st to 3rd, if anyone is interested in doing a mini-meetup. From what I see on their website there are no pony guests listed, but it'll still be fun.
